Euros Lyn was born in Cardiff and grew up in Gwynedd and Swansea. He started his career directing 'Pam Fi Duw' and 'Belonging' and was the director of several episodes of 'Doctor Who' and 'Torchwood' including the Hugo award winning 'The Girl In The Fireplace'. His work includes 'Sherlock,' 'Broadchurch,' 'Black Mirror,' 'Happy Valley,' 'Dream Horse' and 'Heartstopper' which between them have won multiple BAFTA and Emmy awards. In 2015 he won BAFTA Cymru’s Sian Phillips award for his special contribution to film and television. He is currently working on a darkly comic vampire film based on the novel 'The Radleys' by Matt Haig for theatrical release in 2024.
